Mondays have been slow for me as a Notary Loan Signing Agent in Los Angeles. I take the day to organize, contact escrow officers, run errands, and do a signing.
I hope you can learn from my mistakes or the process of setting up for a signing.
If you have a question about preparing for a signing please let me know :)

Hi Amanda! Love your videos, your personality is so relatable. I’m sure your schedule is jam packed but still excited to see some more videos from you 🤗
  • Hi Greetings from San Diego! Love your videos. They seriously help me feel a little less nervous about my first signing! 😊

I really enjoy the content you put out there. I'm thinking about getting my commission and enjoy what you share.
  • Having a power source separate from your vehicle's with a power inverter can be a great way to bring a printer along with you on signings. I'll be having one set up in the back of my Trailblazer.

I use that sorter as well but I just print both sets at once, so two sets of legal and then go back to letter and do both and just use the sorter as a guide to quickly assemble each package

  • How many reams of paper legal/letter would you say you go through per month? Love these!

Is there a notary community in LA you recommend? I just started my 6 hr classes for commissioning and I am more of a hands on / visual learner and I am a little worried about my first signing. I think the major thing I am worried about is knowing what each document means in order to build the confidence to let the signers know what they are signing.. how long do you take to prepare for each signing? Since I do have a full time job, I am hoping to do signings Fridays after noon and on the weekends. I hope this will work out, I am not sure how many direct signings do signings on the weekends. This video was super helpful and I appreciate you sharing this!!

I do the same! I have the same printer but I had no idea notary rotary had that I just use Adobe to separate. Nice vid!

Your videos have been super encouraging, keep up the good work! Question... did you buy a scanner? Have you had to do very many scan-backs?

  • will you make a video about "How to print with a single tray printer"?
  • Hi I have been watching your videos for a couple months now. I seen one video in particular where you discussed leasing a printer. I can’t remember which video it was. Would you be so kind to tell me where to get that?
