Chiffon pulled cream pie's tie 16 separate times, and exactly 65 seconds of this video consist of Chiffon pulling on it. Which would make 31% (not including anything past 3:28) of this video neck tie pulling. Here are the time stamps for every time Chiffon did that. 0:16 0:19-21 1:09 1:15 1:23 2:14-15 2:20 (not 100% sure he pulled at 2:20) 2:24-26 2:36-39 2:45-47 2:52-53 3:06-11 3:18-20 3:25-28.
