What happens when you check a box on your diversity list instead of hiring the best and brightest candidate? You get a fool for a figurehead who has no ability to lead. She didn't answer questions for two reasons: first, because she had no satisfactory answer to explain her failure; and second, because she was trying to stonewall in hopes of keeping her DEI job.
