Looks great BUT, always thaw out your beef before cooking and NEVER take food out of hot oil and put it straight into a plastic bag. That’s a quick way to make people sick.

This looks so delicious and yet all I can think of is how the guys prepping at the grill have GOT to be covered in spatter from head to toe by the end of their day. That's one hot job.
