1/4 small onion
1/2 lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 of a bell pepper
3 small potatoes
1 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon powder
2 1/2 cups water
sprigs of fresh cilantro (optional)
season & salt to taste
