Police officer almost causes an accident and tries to hit the Motorbiker.

As I was getting of off route S5 near Poznan in Poland, on 70kmph he cough me at 87kmph as you can see on video, he was standing behind road sign with 50kmph. So, When he read me 87kmph he was standing behind 50kmph road sign where as I was still on 70kmph limit. He basically tricked me to thinking that I was speeding 37kmph above the limit whereas I know I was only over speeding 17kmph. Not nice though. But all to that, in Poland you need to have your Driving License with you at all time as opposed to the UK where I live right now. So I was considered to have no license basically even though I have had a confirmation note from Police that my driving license is being processed in DVLA in UK (that's why I had no license on me)
Well at the end I paid a bribe of £40 for that or I would have to pay as they where saying (not correct in my perspective) plus £60 for over speeding (37kmph more) and £100 for not having Driving License. How much would they have to take responsibility for creating a danger to my Precious LIFE???
And as you can see. He wanted to hit me with his torch stick.
