My ruleset for this run:
1. If a Pokémon faints, it's dead
2. I can only attempt to catch each Island Scan encounter once
3. All captures must be named
4. No leveling past the next Gym Leader's highest level Pokémon before the battle
5. No items from the bag during battle (held items are fine)
6. Play on "Set" mode
7. I ignore encounters from an evolution line from which I already have a Pokémon (Dupes Clause)
8. I can only use Pokémon that can be obtained in Moon or Ultra Moon through the Island Scan feature (I allowed encounters from both games because Melemele Island is otherwise impossible with a hardcore level cap)
