  • I've been a Seahawks fan since I was a kid in 1976. Of course I was instantly a fan of Zorn and Largent, but the first non-obvious player to win my heart was Efren Herrera - still the Seahawks career leader in receptions by a kicker.

As a Seahawks fan that lives in Boise I think this is a very underrated signing. George will also be a great asset on specials teams. If Kenny was good he would’ve played more last year. He could easily take over after a few weeks.
  • Here in Seattle, the great one is and always will be, "Marshawn Lynch." Kenny Easley and Richard Sherman also brings back very found memories.
  • @MrBigSRT
I'm excited to see Kenny Mcintosh.
  • For RB's I would say Curt Warner, Mo Morris, Thomas Rawls (Didn't want to name the easier great ones) not enough said for the great lead blocking of Mac Strong opened so many holes to help so many great backs to great seasons.... big John L Williams was one of a kind as well... I also on D really liked LB Rufus Porter's pass rush, had an insane game vs Denver and John Elway... and who can forget Joe Nash and his trick knee vs the no huddle of the Bengals, was the funniest way to solve the substitution problem of the time. I started in 82- 83 as a fan from Australia, loved Dave Kreig and Steve Largent... so many great players

Hey - Thanks for your coverage - great to hear another perspective and you have something more than compassion. Respect and honesty do matter

All time favorite hawk is kam chancellor, this year my favs are charbonet and Witherspoon. Excited to see what Murphy will bring
  • @j.t.4010
Special teamer. Favorite current Hawk, Spoon 💯. Favorite all-time Hawk, HOF'r K. Easily #45
  • @JeradBenge
Some of my favorites who don't get talked about enough are Lofa Tatupu (who both played for and coached the linebacker room for the Seahawks), and Doug Baldwin (who should be a receivers coach).
  • Hawk fan since 1979 and I love the Lions too fwiw. Hankins at nose coming in should be fun af.  Lynch was FOOTBALL, respect.
  • My favorite Seahawk of all time is definitely Steve Largent. (Runners-up: Big Walt, B-Wags, Kenny Easley, Beastmode) My favorite Seahawk currently on the team is Devon Witherspoon.
  • A fav who is'nt obvious Doug Baldwin on offense . Richard Sherman on defense.
  • My favorite of the nonobvious favorites is Doug Baldwin slot receiver. Chip on his shoulder, unbelievable moves and hands. Do a search on him and see for yourself how underrated he was.
  • @TheFreeBeard
Lockett is my favorite contemporary legacy player currently. Go team!
  • 12 here. This is the most excited I have been for a Hawks season since 2017. Especially the changes to the O-line. We had a 41 year old starter on our O-line last year. Geno set club records with 1.7 seconds to throw the ball. Last year he averaged 1.3 seconds before contact. Second to last in league. Just moving that needle to league average will make a big difference in scoring.

Hutchinson, Guard; with Walter Jones, created a dominant duo that helped Shaun Alexander become who he was. Tatupu, LB. He was just a player I had fun watching.
  • @dwgowan1
We know about him in Seattle. He’s battling for RB3 with Macintosh. Special teamer maybe.
  • Favorites .. that's a lot. Chancellor of course, but if you want less obvious, Kenny Easley, the original enforcer. I love Marshawn, but my first love at RB was Curt Warner. (And shout outs to John L. Williams & Ricky Watters) Fun fact, Steve Largent & Tyler Locket are both from Tulsa and share a birthday.
