For a regular person it's tough to age. Everything dropping. But I can imagine that is even worse for someone who once were a real beauty. Their most valuable asset lost. Still, a bad surgery make things even worse.

Obviously, she has had lots of work. My question is can these very obvious flaws be fixed? And the main thing would be the joker smile. That’s not a polite but I don’t know the technical term could that be remedied?
