The Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 is a radical blueprint for a future Republican administration. Former president Donald Trump has distanced himself from the plan, but Democrats aren’t buying Trump’s rebuke. If enacted, this 920-page document would usher in the most conservative executive branch in modern American history.

WSJ takes an inside look at Project 2025’s most controversial policy proposals and how it could transform the American government.

Concentrating more power at the hands of the president is a terrible idea and this should not be a partisan stance.
  • @badGamr
This is not conservatism. It is authoritarianism.
  • Love how maintaining the quality of our drinking water is a radical leftist agenda.
  • I think it is not good to reduce Medicare and Medicaid. I have worked 50 years and paid in for this benefit. It is part of millions of people's retirement fund.

Remember this: Project 2025 is NOT about Trump, he just happens to be at the helm currently. With more than 100 supporting organizations, this can easily become "Project 2029" or "Project 2033". As an Independent voter, this is a bigger threat to the country I love than I think most people really understand.

This is frightening, and the fact that so many people don't seem to understand the threat this represents to American liberty is appalling.

That dude from the Heritage Foundation is insane. No future generation is going to be on board with this. What a weirdo.

People of the US, trust me you DONT want this project to enter into action in your country. Here in Argentina the executive government has too much power and it has been like that for ages and it hasn’t work at all. I think the economical recession and political and social crisis we suffer are well known. Protect your democracy, protect your freedom or you will doomed to follow the same path we followed and made us one of the most broke countries in the region.
  • Whatever happened to “we the people?” Not “we the heritage foundation.”
  • @SM-px8cc
america leaving england and becoming independent was largely due to the monarchy and yet we’re back to starting that….
  • @rachael_grey
The Heritage Foundation is not conservative. It is thoroughly REACTIONARY.
  • Never in a million years did I think I would have to leave this country. But I am afraid I my have to!! My family has lived in Texas since 1826. This is so sad and must be stopped m
  • Checks and balances were written into the constitution for a reason, and it's alarming that anyone thinks it's a good idea to try to do away with that.
  • @bigeye101
Literally a fascist manifesto, 80 years ago Americans died to free Europe from these systems and ideologies! Now they want to build the same stuff in the US? How can anyone think it's a good idea to introduce such fascist structures and practices?
  • Yay there finally Covering this took them weeks. If Trump or other rep's win this will be our Country :( God Help us....
