Recipe because I’ve seen none in the comments lol: Chicken breast Paprika / pepper / salt Greek yogurt Fresh coriander Fresh parsley Garlic Lime (juice) Tahini Fresh tomato Chicken; Cut chicken breast in half and season with paprika, salt and pepper accordingly. Cook on oiled pan (oil of choice) until cooked through. Sauce: Combine together and blend greek yogurt, coriander, parsley, (peeled and cut) garlic, tahini and squeeze of lime juice. Cut your tomato and finished chicken into strips and drizzle with your sauce. Add spicy cheese (or halloumi/regular cheese to substitute if you don’t like spice) and fry in oiled pan until golden.
