-1 1/2 cups flour
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1/3 cup white sugar
-2 tsps cinnamon
-2 tsps baking powder
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1 egg
-1/3 cup milk
-1/3 cup sunflower oil (substitues: vegetable, canola, corn)
-2 medium sized apples, chopped (i used royal gala)

Topping
-1/2 cup white sugar
-3 tbsps softenend butter
-1 tsp cinnamon
-2 tbsps flour

400F
15-20 minutes

Yields 12 cupcakes
