  • We are so lucky to live in a time period where we can just listen to these two speak at the click of a button or tap of a screen

How humble do you feel when you listen to this? I’m 75, struggled to get a BS over 10 years, with honors, because of learning issues, but worked for a company that believed in Education employees, Ford. Say what you want about the company, it had many faces but it exposed me highly intelligent people that helped be grow. Listening to this is still thrilling to see how the gifted ones get through. I managed highly intelligent people. It is a wonderful experience. Some require special treatment but you feel an obligation, almost parental to keep them moving ahead. When I was forced to leave the last company which was being fattened for sale by a “greed is good” CEO, I worried about my “all stars”.

Just let Neil finish his point, for god's sake.

It seems these two don’t quite have meshing personalities but I completely enjoyed this and love both of these guys. Excellent video.

I watched these two all throughout school. Now I'm watching them as an adult, and I'm still enthralled by them.

I love to see both of them together doing science stuff, it's always a pleasure to watch them, and I learn a lot about our universe.

I feel like bill was almost nitpicking everthing while niel just kept going on😂 its golden seeing them both so passive aggressive but yet seem so chill😂 they seem like kids who are bestfriends but mad at each other Edit at the end you can see Neil want to say something else but Bill stops the show and you can just see how upset Neil got by just his face

There are no words to describe the inspiration and love I feel watching these brilliant men.
  • Thank you SO MUCH for making this available - Two TITANS in uncomfortable chairs - I could listen indefinitely!

The thought of NDT doing the Carl Sagan “reach back and grab a book” for the first time always makes me laugh.
  • I come into this because scientists love looking at how it exists, an then, how it works, and then, how it is measured. So relaxing and refreshing.
  • @SerDunk
Been binging on this channel lately, and now this? Hell to the Yes.
  • @bobs6536
These two should do a weekly podcast!👍👍👍👍👍
  • I love how childlike Neils laugh is! He is such a genuine guy and probably one of the best educators on AstroPhysics who make it understandable and fun! Science isn’t suppose to be “boring”

If, it were possible, I would give this gem 100 stars, if Bill would've allowed Neil to complete a thought, without interrupting him in every sentence.

Watching it almost a year later what & they say about Covid at the end is so prophetic
  • This gentle men are only some of a kind , if we had more people like them, the world would be much better .
