    English wins. Even back in the 80s and 90s England were top. Especially the 90s with oasis, blur and the roses. But I do think America had better rap (hip hop) at some point though.

    what i comprehend is that mostly British musicians are more of a soothing and relaxing type whereas American musicians are more of fancy things and all like i hope you understand, swear words and all that but in the former they focus more on lyrics deep music is their key. note: mostly is the keyword!
