What question would you want to ask legendary coach Nick Saban?
  • Coach Saban always gives the best interviews. Listening to him talk makes you understand why he’s the greatest. Everything he says is measured and well thought out.

"Complaining is a distraction to the solution." I LOVE IT.
  • Man, I love Saban so much. Guy is awesome. We're gonna lose a legend once he retires. Should appreciate him while we still have him coaching.
  • You can always tell a true leader, there’s not a person in college ball that doesn’t freeze and respect him, all media respects him, all coaches. ROLL TIDE! Thankful for all the years and many more to come.
  • man coach saban is a 500iq guy! i could listen to him speak on so much leadership and growth stuff. I love it!!!

This was a gem of an interview. Joel Klatt asked pertinent and prescient questions and elicited some candid and straightforward replies from Nick Saban. And, without making it about himself, Joel also included some timely and appropriate self-disclosure, particularly parlaying off the opening question about "the chase and the capture." As one who has a lifelong passion for college football, Joel gets his own version of the "chase" every week during the fall by his thorough preparation for the broadcast, but the "capture" moment is only knowing he and his teammates at his network did a good job bringing the game to the people and not that exuberance of a winning lockerroom. I believe that is prevalent among all those who transitioned from the field to the booth, but it is extremely rare to hear one admit it.

Everyone should watch (search youtube for)The Ultimate Nick Saban Leadership Speech. It's 48 minutes long and is in my opinion one of the best inspiration/motivation speeches ever!

As a CU Buff fan and someone who covers them on my channel, I really like this interview. I’m watching more of these now to learn and be more verse on the sport over all. I loved the questions and the answers given. Alabama is blessed to have Coach Saban like CU-‘s Blessed to Have Coach Prime.

You can hate this guy and the Alabama dynasty. But I don't think we will ever see this again. So much respect for the greatest ever.

I have so much respect for Coach Saban I'm so proud to be a BAMA FAN AND WE ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE THE GOAT COACH SABAN AS OUR COACH RTR
  • Bama just upgraded its weight room for the third time in about a decade, and it is 🔥 Most programs that do renovations just go for bigger and more steel, but Bama went full send and integrated the most cutting edge sports science tech into its facility. I don’t know if it’s the missing piece to retaking the championship, but it’s low-hanging fruit to show off to recruits

I’m an FSU grad from the 90’s and just wanted to tell you WHAT A SHOW! not only are asking the right questions but the guest you’re asking them to. Well done!!
  • That’s the whole point of playing the games. The most talented team doesn’t always win. Sometimes it’s better coaching, sometimes the lower talent team has more heart or unity. Those things should also be rewarded.
  • @SEA-BASS1
Nick Saban produces value in every interview. Always something to learn from the goat. Good stuff!
