Watch Ms. Bindu explaining how she found her path through the research and opinions of thought leaders and learnt to make sense of it all Bindu is the CEO and Co-founder of Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts (SaPa), and one of India’s first
educators to develop a toddler-focused musical
training module and co-authored 16 SaPa
textbooks.Bindu co-founded the SaPa in Schools program with
her brother Ambi Subramaniam in 2014. At SaPa in
Schools, music education is the primary channel of
bringing about large-scale transformation and has
impacted over 100,000 children across India. She
also works with 16 government schools providing
music education to over 16,000 children free of
cost.Bindu is building an ecosystem for music education
from the ground up, a first-of-its-kind innovation
for the Indian market. This involves designing the
curriculum, setting the syllabus, authoring all the
learning material, training and empowering
educators, and convincing stakeholders of the
need. Bindu strongly believes that music is more
than a feel-good element; it is a transformational
tool that should be made available to every child. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Forget about the celebrity speakers, if anybody asks me to suggest a ted talks I would prefer this one. Really I am overwhelmed. This is the summary of thousands of self help books. Thank you 🧡 Bindu.
  • This is so beautiful! Being a little nerdy myself and being big sucker for acronyms, I loved the idea of "Bring your own framework" I loved how the talk flowed from ODINBO - BINDHOO framework :) The gems at the end really resonated with me: Your identity is not set in stone. Every choice you take is not limiting. Be brave, be honest, be humble. No matter what you are, you are loved :) Thank you Bindu 🙌🙌
  • Well elucidated !! it's so true that we, in an attempt to improve and build ourselves sometimes instead get lost in this maze of self help and motivational guides and books only to eventually realise that it's upto us to figure it out and we cannot always use templates provided by others to create our own success. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and practical wisdom.
