    AMH should be listed as “OUT (hoarse throat)” like in the NBA and TK or even El-Erian sitting in for her until that gets taken care of. Ms. Roth’s “head fakes” and “bobbing and weaving” is distracting for TV, or maybe those are involuntary nervous “tics”?
