TAS doesn't have anything to do with supercomputers. A Tool Assisted Speedrun is created by humans with tools like savestates, frame advance and RAM watch, with the result being a sequence of inputs that can be played back in an emulator. A TAS is supposed to represent a theoretically perfect run, but it is only as good as the humans who create it. A real time speedrun is a performance, a TAS is a composition.
