  • He was never going to leave his shoes on the mat at Penn state after the crowd was booing him. At the same time he will never continue wrestling if he can’t wrestle at the level he once did. The sad thing is he may have left them on the matt after the Jason Nolf loss, had it not been for all them fans. Anywhere else in the country he would have had a standing ovation for what he has done in and for the sport.

JB will let us know, no need to worry about it. He’s such a great dude. My son and I bump into him at local tournaments throughout south and west New Jersey. My son went to his club a few times in Collingswood. He’s always so patient and nice.

I think JB gives it one more shot at 79kg then in a definitive, confident way, he leaves his shoes at mat center to a roaring crowd. 🥇😃👍

Penn St fans were horrible! The university needs to issue an official apology and reprimand their fans.

He isn't a public figure. He's a private dude, leave him alone he'll speak at the right time.
  • I really hope he goes 79kg for worlds dude has elevated all of USA wrestling - DT is not DT without him Dake is not Dake without him- Cmon JB come back to us! 😂

i’m the biggest JB fan, and even though he’s so top 5-10 in the world at both 74kg and 79kg (hell, probably even at 86)… he likely can’t make beat the guys he needs to to make a world team. and the funny thing is, once he gets to a world stage, he competes better than guys who could beat him domestically i think he’s hanging it up and pursuing other career opportunities. he’s just taking his time to weigh options and spend time with his fam before making a retirement announcement. there’s no way he would’ve given that classless PSU crowd the privilege of retiring in their arena

We never got to see him leave his shoes behind thank you Penn State fans

I think JB ought to have a wrestle-off with Terry and Tom Brands. Winner gets the Iowa job. Lol.
  • @Stefon_X
“And now im asking what are you gonna do Jordan?” Made me lol
  • @smoore8
Jordan is the type of dude that will have a 2 hour televised event like LeBron did with “the decision” when he announces retirement
  • @Th3Chuzzl3r
Wonder if JB will end up going to college coaching route like David
  • He’s going for the 7th World Championship and then he’ll be done Even if he does win his 7th, he won’t be better than John Smith in my opinion. John won 6 in a row, two of them being Gold Medals. I wish JB the best in whatever he chooses to do.
