Dr Anjali has been trained and has worked in India and in the UK with NHS. she is licensed by the health professional council (HCPC UK) and as such has gained valuable education in advanced therapies during her tenure of work in England. She has a Bachelors in Physiotherapy from IPGMER SSKM HOSPITAL Kolkata and a Post graduate diploma in preventive and promotive healthcare from Apollo Hospitals Hyderabad. she launched the cardiopulmonary rehab service in the northwest London under northwest cardiac and stroke network, she also received her training as a heart manual facilitator at Aintree Aislee Hospital Edinburgh and launched the Heart Manual DVD program for homecare cardiac rehab in UK 2010. she manages prenatal and postnatal pregnancy back pains and pelvic disorders and diastasis recti conditions in women, she has been treating many spine and knee disorders with the most advanced manual therapies.
Special Interest Areas: Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal, Women’s Health, Pelvic floor Physiotherapy Childbirth Education- Lamaze Classes, Ergonomic Assessment and workshop. Posture correction, Body Biomechanics In Sports Medicine.
She has worked with Clinicenta Ltd in London UK with community rehabilitation and Assured mobility and Cirencester Hospital NHS Trust and Ipswich Hospital NHS trust UK prior to moving to India . She was also a part of rehab team at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital Kolkata before moving to UK. She has been a lecturer for institute for Physiotherapy studies at Durgapur and an examiner for the course of Physiotherapy for west Bengal health university.
At present Working as Consultant Physiotherapist at a Primary Care Centre Ambicare Clinics and the Birthplace looking after the outpatient’s and community based rehabilitation. Was attached to APOLLO CRADLE HOSPITAL Hyderabad, taking care of prenatal and postnatal Physiotherapy 2016-2018, was attached to Continental Hospitals taking care of childbirth education classes till June2017. Currently Course instructor on prenatal and postnatal Physiotherapy for Physio Foundation of India, educating students on importance of Pelvic floor Physiotherapy.
Has been deeply involved with women’s health in treating PCOD and endometriosis cases , painful period management by means of pelvic floor physiotherapy and exercise and lifestyle change, is also been able to successfully cure and help women with Diastasis recti postpartum backpains in a holistic manner , also helps many pregnant cases with normal delivery by help of Lamaze classes and is an expert in treating Pubic symphysis and pelvic girdle pains during pregnancy.
She is also an expert in Management of Orthopedic conditions such as Low Back Pain, Periarteritis of Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Fibromyalgia, Spinal Conditions, De Quervain's disease, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Management of Neuralgias, Rehabilitation in post-surgical conditions like THR, TKR and Shoulder Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy of the knee, Wrist and Shoulder Joints, ACL Repair and Reconstruction, Posterior and Anterior decompression of spine, Laminectomy, and Discectomy, and Tendon transfers. Treatment of neurological conditions like Stroke, Parkinsonism, GB syndrome, CP, Facial Palsy and PPRP (Post Polio Residual Paralysis).

was nominated as Co - Convenor Health and wellbeing, IWN CII TELANGANA, India year 2017-2018.
Invited as a speaker at Birthing the new humanity International conference on birthing and womens health held at Bangalore 2018, presented a talk on Diastasis Rectii and women’s health.
Played an role for Pullela Gopichand academy by being the brand ambassador for physical literacy days promoting physical activity in todays lifestyle.
Conducting webinar and live talk sessions advocating healthy posture in the state of Telangana and Southern India.
Conducting ergonomic and workplace assessment and workshops at The Birthplace and various IT sector offices at Hyderabad attached to the Birthplace.
Involved With Docsuggest Team with Corporate Wellness Programs- Conducting workshops and raising awareness about ergonomic care and work related Stress Injury and Preventive measures.-session July 2011.
