the experience is NOT a good one. the global customer service email BLOCKS you from contacting them if they dont like a response . the ultrawide camera is to weak to even be a thought of existence, especially night mode an pro mode. everything is a blurred mess in night mode an pro mode if its more than 20ft away. slow motion videos on global/US version are pointless since they dont use the ZTE PHOTO GALLERY that apparently ONLY CHINA GETS!! record a 5 second video it saves to 44 seconds slow from start to finish.. when it should only be slow where you put the sliders . time lapse videos are useless as well, they have a intervalometer instead of a regular point an shoot time lapse... so now you have to adjust lighting manually an its the absolute worst for the ultra wide camera no matter what you do its noisy as hell an over exposed. then the screen has white flashes every second if you choose a setting it doesnt like ruining the video even more than it already is . the main camera in time lapse oh... wait.. i mean intervalometer.... suffers just as much corners are noisy an it gets over exposed .... any pic taken past 6x zoom is a no. an night mode an pro mode pics taken with zoom lens tend to be out of focus an blurry 90% of the time. in night mode main cam gets a button called starry sky, its basically tripod/ gcam mode an takes 15 seconds or more depending on situation... ULTRA WIDE DOES NOT GET THIS OPTION an it is the one that actually needs it the most! instead there is a starry sky mode in the camera family section an its pro mode but missing 1 step... pointless thing to have since pro mode is right there already. good news... no more crappy noise canceling junk that makes videos not worth recording cuz the sound is horrible... this time it sounds the way it should!! end of good news. if you turn stabilization OFF in video you LOSE FRAMES per second... this should NOT be happening as your literally going full frame mode. so 60 fps now drops as low as 48 fps.... does not make sense. clone mode is for OBJECTS AN NOT PEOPLE .... should be for people .... like it has been for all other zte phones. my axon 30 ultra take more detailed photo's (16mp vs 12mp) an gets just as bright when hdr is turned on... i feel like this is an ultimate rip off 12gb ram 1tb storage ... this phone should cost $450 with all it has NOT going for it not $649- $750 ... mistakes were made an they dont want to hear it with their customer service email blocking people asking for fixes to the ONE THING THE PHONE IS ADVERTISED FOR ... the camera.... i posted ALOT of samples of how bad it is on here as well... this phone is not worth buying. I see why it was only talked about on youtube for less than a month
