Keto Lunch Food For Thought

Hi friends, family, and guests. My name is Philip. First and foremost, I want to thank you for stopping by and checking out the video.

I've recently, within the last four weeks, switched to doing the #keto diet, solely to get rid of #acne. Since, then I've lost about 15 pounds (I weight 152lb) and managed to reduce some of the #acne while acquiring 1 or 2 over that period of time. Also for context, I am not out of shape, I workout regularly, as 160-65 lb has been my normal walking weight for a long time.

The first week, I gradually started cutting out #carbs but also #fat as well, until Friday (29Sept23) when cooking dinner, I made the switch to #keto eating instapot #turmeric chicken thighs. The most noticeable changes were the motivation, energy, and clarity (lost brain fog).

This is my journey and I believe the videos I share will be helpful to people. This is how I neverGetBored.
