  • I’m only a few minutes in but I’m curious if you think it could be related to your neck or neck pain? I’ve been getting cervical vertigo from certain movements and it’s all related to my head and neck positioning and I use to get the heart rate shooting up and all tests were clear including the tilt table test. I would wake up in my sleep with heart rate if 180 and it would go from 80 to 140 just standing cooking or applying make up. I noticed it got better after starting b12 injections . I thought it was POTs for sure but tested negative and I just blamed it on my autonomic system being irregular. Just curious on your thoughts. I have terrible neck and should pain from stenosis and arthritis and mild bulging neck disc and the trapezius spasms from my fibromyalgia. I noticed you mentioned terrible neck pain too. I’m so sorry. It’s like my worst pain complaint after my migraines
