Stan Laurel's laugh is so infectious. Two geniuses at work. Brilliant.

Nearly 100 years later , and still the funniest guys ever
  • Stan Laurel was lost when his great pal Oliver Hardy died way back in 1957. Stan continued to write scripts for them both, never to be performed of course. He died less than 10 years later, finally reunited again in death. RIP Laurel and Hardy we still laugh with you.
  • I don't know how many times I've watched this in my 60 years and they still fold me over. From looking at my dad rolling off the sofa pissing himself laughing in the early 70s and being amazed because he never laughed so hard at anything, to just recently watching them ending up with a mule on a balcony as my grandson shrieks with joy. These two are like Shakespeare or Beethoven, a testament for the ages to what humanity can create at its best.

This is one of the greatest laughing scenes ever filmed from the movie blotto.
  • I used spend hours watching this duo as a child. As good today as it was then. Comedy legends.
  • Stan' s fit of laughter is epic. There is no way to resist. And how they change the mood in just a couple of seconds is so fantastic to watch.

This is an absolute classic in my opinion. I can't believe this is nearly 100 years old. These guys are legends.

laurel and hardy! just genius, and i dont use that word too often!
  • Nessun attore di oggi è in grado di soltanto avvicinare la mimica facciale di Stan Laurel... è un qualcosa di meraviglioso, altrettanto cosĂŹ come le espressioni di Oliver Hardy. Attuali, esilaranti! Geni assoluti e immortali..!

Absolutely classic and has been since I first saw it. Will never not be funny
  • If only comedy was like this now. No swearing no vulgarity. Just perfect slapstick. Thank you
  • @eflabb
They both look so young, fortunately, their comedy hasn't aged. The interplay between them is magic, their laughter infectious, even the iced tea, a placebo, making them think (and act) drunk is funny. The greatest double act of all time!

Everyone - regardless of age or background - can laugh at these two brilliant boys. They truly created transcendent, universal, timeless comic magic.
