The bong sau on opposite hand isnt wrong. The whole chum kiu ending section is based on that particular bong.

Everyone complain about fighting with non wing chun guys. But if you get into real fight most of the time there will be some guy with no martial art experience or some muscle guy with punching bag in his home . It's about self defense in critical situation. Don't assume you are going to war with your wing chun to beat other martial art.

Great Master. I had been watching and training wing Chun with his videos 3 years ago where he has been training some people in fundamentals of Siu Liun Tao, Chi Sao, Pak Sao and other techniques at his home and other places for almost 1 hour each video, but I lost all of those wonderful videos from my Laptop. I hope he can post them again for many people who follow him from other states and other countries that practices Wing Chun. Thanks

Gary Lam is not a fraud. If learned with him for years. My stye is different but Gary has a Lot to teach that anybody could appreciate. He will always have a place in my heart. Very good Sifu Gary Lam's. Very few understand the Bong Sau. Many masters dirty Wing Chun teaching to use bones as a shield This is sad, we are always less, to keep alive the memory of Ip Man of a Wing Chun not hard

In case anyone missed it like I did the first time I saw the video he's basically saying don't bong sau across your body. Bong sau using the same side arm.
