    The Y branches for most units are only allowed to have the branch portion go off 15 degrees of horizontal, and some as much as 30 degrees horizontal. The Y branches here are coming off at a full 90 degrees top and bottom. This particular way is actually mentioned in the manual as not allowed.
  • The things is liquid line should be less in diameter rather that gas line. In your case liquid line is 19mm, but gas 12-07. Why ?

    That's a big thumbs down. If you don't know how to fit VRF / VRV Pipework, leave it to the experts. Otherwise, could be a very expensive mistake. There is only one way to do this type of pipework and that is the correct way.
