Exclusive Interview with LEAF Chief Coordinator on the Gazette Recruitment Rules and Outsourcing

Kindly conduct an interview with the LG, an advisor, or the secretary regarding the schedule for gazetted job recruitment and expedite the reservation process for Ladakhi students.

Thank you for highlighted the issues "Outsourcing should be stopped immediately, otherwise, government work will be smoothly handled by contractors, leading to laziness in the government's recruitment process. Moreover, those who are already in contractual positions should not be directly recruited for those posts later on, if new recruitment is done for vacant positions. This is because individuals who have been preparing for years will remain unemployed for a lifetime. Therefore, in the new recruitment process, everyone should have an equal chance, whether they are currently in contractual positions or are inexperienced newcomers. 🤞

Why always outsourcing......

Outsourcing should be stop.....but even if its happen they should take those candidates who have no experience.....our CEC was saying they will take those candidates who already have experience in that particular department.....so everyone should get a chance......if things like this happen , then those with no experience will always left behind ......😒😒 ..plus they should atleast advertise the non gazetted post now......

I totally condemn the statement given by CEC leh, if that is the case then you also shouldn't be at such post coz you won the council election for the first time and you don't have any experience to work as a councillor as well as CEC! All I want to say is by chance if there is held recruitment on gazetted and non gazetted then it must be fair and transparent! No matter who got recruited earlier!!!
