So I knew I wanted to create a special episode this time around since September is suicide prevention month and I thought what better way than to have my good friend Doc on as an honorable guest. I knew he was going to be an awesome person to talk to about such an important topic and I believe representation is everything so why not have him on my channel who can provide insight as well as personal experiences. It’s not always easy to talk about mental health and what’s going on beneath the surface but I truly believe us coming together as a society and looking out for one another even if it’s just being someone to listen to or hear their experiences it can make all the difference in the world. I really wanted to put this episode out there because you never know who truly needs it ! As always there is the suicide hotline for those who need it & plenty of resources for whoever just feels alone and stuck. I love you guys so much !
