Screven County continues to see major impacts from Tropical Storm Debby–the town of Newington now getting up to 11 inches of rainfall. EMA Director Harvey Cryder says that it's the most rain the county has ever seen at one time--and the best way neighbors describe it is that this town is truly under water.
