Fit in description, fits an alpha account with no major skills other than drones.
Dirt cheap destroyer - Dragoon (at the time of making this video the whole fit was well below 3 million ISK). Running Sansha Hideaway sites at first to get a DED 3/10 escalation to earn over 80 million ISK. Kiting all the way.

Getting the escalation is a game of luck, getting good loot from the DED site is a game of luck, don't expect it every time. And yet I think this is one of the best ways of how to earn ISK as a new player in Eve.

Skills to aim for : Get drones to at least 4 (5 is better of cours), light drones (for damage) and drone avionics to raise drones range (at least level 3 i recommend).
Missiles or guns are optional. Navigation skills for moving speed are always a plus and making kiting easier.

As you can tell from the video, adding even the armor repairer turned out to be an overkill as i managed to dance around and not really take in any major damage at all. Started & forgot the armor repairer on a few times. Just ignore that please. Your skills may vary so i advise the build in it's current shape regardless. It is cheap. It does the site without a real sweat or much skill.
