You can’t help but admire Koenigsegg for continually pushing the industry to the edge of whats possible. Those Dark Matter engines are so far ahead of anything in the car industry, and that’s just a piece of this car.

I first read about Christian Von Koenigsegg and the CCX when I was 19 in the November 2001 issue of Car and Driver. Never thought I'd be watching a video of him 22 years later showing off a 2300hp hybrid 4 seater. Massively impressed by his long term success and passion for developing his cars.

That’s the best car ever made imo. The attention to detail is insane and the love and care from Christian is second to none. That car is an all rounder and so much more. One of a kind and a new breed as he says. Truly amazing for 2024 to come up with such a unique supercar (that is truly a daily family car too!) wow.

The relationship between them is profound, every now and then Koenigsegg drops a cool hypercar and James gets an in depth review of the beast machinery, I'm here for it. Also u dont see other CEOs so passionate about their product like CVK is (exc Mate), have to salute that.

I love how he’s so open and accessible… very eager to share what happens behind the scenes in creating a machine that pretty much nobody will ever drive or even see in person in their lifetime. But as he said, it exists!

It never ceases to amaze me how Christian can keep producing advancements in the automotive engineering industry year in year out. Truly an incredible bloke! Additionally it makes me laugh at his and his teams ability to come up with nicknames for their components! The ultimate car brand for me as they produce engineering and artistic master pieces every time!
