I love blueberries for breakfast and making these makes me want to keep some stocked up waiting for my bananas to ripen 😂

🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt

Preparation:

-in a medium bowl , throughly smash banana with a fork.
-add baking powder, flour, eggs salt and spices then whisk to form a batter.
-in a LG skillet, melt butter under medium low and carefully pour batter into preferred sized pancakes.
-once formed , drop in blueberries evenly in each pancake. Continue to cook until edges begin to brown
-flip and cook an additional 3-5 min
-remove and serve with maple syrup

Notes: if your banana isn’t ripe yet, no worries just bake it in an 350F oven for about 5-10min.
