Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005) Last / Final Pursuit [NO NOS]

Man, this game was so freaking good.

The police comms in this game were top notch

You spend all your time getting this car back. You're not letting it get taken again. No matter the cost.

I remember sitting still in the stadium for 10+ minutes when I got slightly out of sight, waiting for the pursuit to end, only to get confused and leave the stadium to get chased, then getting the call, having to do a U-turn to escape. Honestly wish more games had such a dynamic chase with lively police chatter; everything felt extremely tense and unbeatable, yet invigorating and exciting.

This part of the game has always been one of my favourite moments in gaming. I remember it being so relentlessly difficult yet for such a perfectly valid reason, and that jump at the end was such a climactic finisher. Pretty tragic if you don't make the jump, which I learnt the hard way. Sad that I've only been able to play this part once. I remember the game being extremely long, so replaying the whole game only to do that last bit felt out of the question, even for something so special. Hopefully that'll change someday.

Took advantage of the "no evade" mechanic to set rap sheet records for a single pursuit without worrying of accidentally entering cooldown; just drive around Highway 201.

this game 2005 version was and IS the best pursuit game ever made in history the commentary was outstanding the music amazing the map espically the highway where you could hit high speed consistantley was incredible i love this game and regularly play it

Just finished the game 100% its one of the games that holds a special place in my memories.
