I’m not going to deny that I belong to a particular demographic group that normally is not found in abundance here. But then by the standards set by most of the people around me, I have always tried to step outside of their bubble. An old Democrat grew up in the Kennedy and Johnson Era. My first vote went to Jimmy Carter. Who ‘s character remains to be held in high esteem and his value to the country and other parts of the world that needed his help will never be out-shown. When I compare the core values of Jimmy Carter to the core values of Donald Trump, I find it incredible the direction the Republican party has attempted to take us in.
