The Vista version of Windows Movie Maker (which comes with most PCs) offers the option of exporting in HD formats. The original video will have to be in HD if you want it to be a true, native HD video.

bah, negative so far... would be nice to start playing a higher level of the arcade game, or watching a newer series..
