A general video of my bike and what I did to it. I took it apart and put it back together re doing all the bearings and changing the handlebars to drops and I put a bar end shifter on front gears and a STI shifter on the back gears. I added a carbon fiber handlebar. I put a front rack and a back rack on it. I changed the tires to a smoother version .
