In our fast-paced and narcissistic world, we believe that it is fundamentally important to maintain a healthy balance between taking and giving. The tradition of the „BLOT“, of the ritualistic sacrifice in Viking culture has left a deep impression on us. It took us two years to search for fitting old texts, to form our song text from fragments of these texts and to finally realize the song and the video. We are very happy that we can proudly present the result now and above all, that we have encountered such a great interest, especially with a topic which is for sure far outside the usual entertainment culture. Musikalisch komme ich zwar aus einer GANZ anderen Ecke, aber man muss schon taub und ignorant sein, wenn man nicht auch als "Außenstehender" erkennt, dass es sich hierbei um einen extrem hochwertigen Vertreter eines vom Mainstream noch immer unterschätzten Genres handelt.
