  • Ah man, so this was an interesting watch - I've been trying to sort a bunch of pop culture characters for a sorting quiz, but have noticed a distinct lack of Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw leads. I agree with you on Lucy Pevensie, and honestly I haven't seen all the shows you referenced, but I don't agree with you on Spike. Spike is a Slytherin. Yes as you point out, he's a very loyal character, to the point where it's defining of him, but it's a very pinpointed, isolated loyalty. Spike loves Buffy and would do anything for her, including doing terrible things to pretty much anyone who isn't her. He doesn't follow a moral code of justice outside what benefits either himself or his very closest people, it's a very Slytherin type of loyalty. As for other Hufflepuffs, some suggestions I've had is that you might have Superman in your court, certainly from Smallville at any rate. Superman is more the reluctant hero and much less of a glory seeker. Might be worth consideration. Also, at least 5 Disney princesses are Hufflepuff poster girls - Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Anna and Tiana. I also think Elle Woods from Legally Blonde is Hufflepuff, along with Aragorn from Lord of the Rings, for similar reasons to Superman - he could have claimed the Throne of Gondor years ago, but didn't because he didn't want the responsibility of leadership. He tends to be more steadfast and gentle than charging into the blaze. Think of his struggle vs Gryffindor Boromir's to overcome The Ring's influence over him. Just some food for thought. Thanks for making the video.

I totally agree with your comments about Bellamy. I thought he would maybe be a gryffindor but hufflepuff fits better with this personality
