For all the people saying why they didn't just park inside the garage. Wells, Its the suburbs of Calgary so guaranteed each household almost has 3-4 cars no joke, theres probably 2 parked inside already. Plus theres people living in many of the basements so they're usually only allowed to park outside. Also it was a flash hail storm in the middle of summer so no predicting that crap.
