Solution: make it a crime to commit repeated false claims over voter status, wasting public resources over baseless accusations.

Shouldn’t people who falsely cause problems with elections go to jail immediately?

Make it a crime to file a fraudulent claim, sort of like falsifying a police report. Unless they have written proof they have no business filing these challenges.

There should be criminal charges for making false accusations. Trying to take away an American's right to vote should be a felony.

Denying people the right to vote is un-American
  • How about this: If you challenge someone's voter registration frivolously and lose, you can't vote at all for 1 year.
