Rieju mrt/drac 2018 cdi/ecu strypning fix (Svenska)

Nikolai please pin this, this is crucial information for anyone who is considering this. This will only work on 2018 and newer rieju/drac models since the new euro4 emission law. 2017 and older models are euro3 with the older generation cdi which can only be unrestricted up to 12.5k rpm which removing the cable on the newer bikes does. Downside is, the onnly way to unrestrict an euro3 model cdi is by drilling with a 3mm drill into the visible hole on the pwr 409 cdi box. (Look up a tutorial if you will do it) it is quite risky though since you can easily break the cdi and many have. A new efi pwr 409 cdi costs about 300 - 400€ if you break the old one. Drilling the euro4 efi mc420 cdi wont affect the rpm limit whatsoever but there is a possibility it may break if you do it wrong. The mc420 bpx can only be unrestricted up to 12.5k rpm by unplugging the b5 cable (You should always be careful with that too) not to break any other connectors. Switching an euro3 efi pwr 409 cdi to an euro4 model is possible and switching an efi mc420 cdi to an euro 3 model is possible. Older dellorto cdi boxes require precice measurements for the drilling. 2018 or newer = euro4 model 2017 or older = euro3 model If you have an euro4 model you should still make sure your cdi box is an mc420 cdi box. Also if your b5 cable is white i have no idea. You can try unplugging it qithout breaking it and seeing if it works, you can plug it back in

The text on english: 1: Rieju mrt/drac 2018 cdi remove restrictor (swedish) 2. The new Rieju restrics in 57km/h, this is the solution . It does only take a minute and it dosent cost anuthing. 3. All you need is these two. 4. Drag down the purple thing. 5. Pick out the yellow thing by pushing a little point on the sides. 6. This is this wire you ar going to pull out. 7. It can be a little bit hard the first time to pull out the wire. But you can press on the other side of the cdi and pull it out with a plier and you will pull it out soon. 8. Now all you have to do is put back everything to normal. The wire you pulled out you can just hang it there or put a tape around it or something. 9. If you have any questions you can comment down bellow.

Men är 2018 samma 2019 samma moppe. Hittar ingen info. Vet ju inte varför du skulle veta men vill ju int ha strul när ja ska trimma??

Many thx for this video. It works perfectly. Mrt 50 Replica 2018 European version / Austria . Before we removed the cable , the end speed was around 64kmh. Now it's more than 80kmh.

Jag gjorde precis samma som i videon och den varvar mer fast den stryper typ mellan 58-60 nu för när jag kommer över 58 så känner jag hur den vill fortsätta accelerera fast då tar framhjulet i typ vad har jag gjort fel?

Kan nån ge tips på hur man får ut den? T.ex. vart ska man trycka o typ olika tekniker. Har fett svårt med att få ut den o vill inte ta sönder den då jag vill sätta i den när jag ska sälja

Har någon tips för att få ut sladden? Har testat att putta underifrån och att dra i den från ovansidan men den sitter stenhårt.
