You'll see some wild freeway drivers in Concord, California as well as terrible drivers in the Napa Valley and greater Bay Area. To stop alot of this nonsense, if the police would start accepting dash cam footage and send tickets out based on the registration of the car, maybe people would stop driving like morons.

I HATE people who drive with their turn signal on constantly and can't hear/see it happening. Second only to the goofballs who drive at night in "daytime mode", with headlights on, and NO tail lights.

2:41 believe it or not but in Illinois that is actually legal. You can finish your pass in a no passing zone if you started it while in the passing zone. There might be limitations to this such as when approaching a blind hill or curve
