With the amount of great assassins creed missions there are in the series, there’s of course going to be quite a few missions that are not as great. I’ve made a video highlighting my favorite mission from each mainline assassin’s creed game and now if you can’t tell by now, it’s time to do the complete opposite and talk about my least favorite mission. I must say that this is purely my opinion, it’s okay to disagree. I like seeing friendly discussions in the comments below.

Assassin's Creed is an open-world, action-adventure, and stealth game franchise published by Ubisoft and developed mainly by its studio Ubisoft Montreal using the game engine Anvil and its more advanced derivatives. Created by Patrice Désilets, Jade Raymond, and Corey May, the Assassin's Creed video game series depicts a fictional millennia-old struggle between the Order of Assassins, who fight for peace and free will, and the Knights Templar, who desire peace through order and control. The series features historical fiction, science fiction, and fictional characters intertwined with real-world historical events and historical figures. In most games, players control a historical Assassin while also playing as an Assassin Initiate or someone caught in the Assassin–Templar conflict in the present-day framing story. Considered a spiritual successor to the Prince of Persia series, Assassin's Creed took inspiration from the novel Alamut by the Slovenian writer Vladimir Bartol, based on the historical Hashashin sect of the medieval Middle East.

Though tailing missions are not my taste, the feeling of being an assassin and slowly watching your prey is such a cool thing to do. Revealation is probaly the best in this, the ambient, the market, the haze and smoke is just 100% hitting the right spot.

TBF, the Brotherhood mission has you disguise yourself as the leader who already knows the way so the others expect you to know it.

In AC3 there’s the naval mission “The Giant and the Storm”. It’s a pretty standard naval mission of go in and sink some ships, it’s actually really easy especially if you’ve upgraded your ships. That is unless you are trying to get 100% synchronization, in which case your upgrades will be working against you! The optional objective is to use the swivel cannon to blow up the ships using weak points, but if you upgraded your damage then you’ll sink the ships before any weak points are opened up. The only way to get the full sync at that point is to intentionally aim to the side of the ships so only some of your cannon balls hit and hope you get just enough damage to make a weak point but not sink the enemy entirely. Oh and did I mention there are three ships and you have to sink each of them this way? So if even one of your shots is too powerful you have to start the mission over again from scratch.

The Brotherhood one is actually pretty easy if you understand the way the guards reacted to your path, you can rush it in under 3 minutes easily (just be careful when running into the crowd). Although, the one that should be on this list should have been the racing side mission "Young at heart", war machines missions like "Flying machine" or "Hell on wheels", they are just infuriating 💀

Man, the one you chose for ac4 is one of my favorites. And how the hell didn't you know you could unequip your hidden blades to not kill the assassins? That shouldn't even be a problem, since the mission automatically equips your fists at the start.

For Valhalla I'd say the rock stacking missions were far worse than the Anomalies. At least those were thought provoking and challenging. The rock stacking ones offered nothing other than frustration, forcing you to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find just the right angle and hope the stones don't bounce off when you drop it.

I actually recently played AC2 for the first time. Something I'd been meaning to do. And I found it so comical when I got to that final part of the flag mission. The way the guy runs is outrageous, I cannot believe that got into the game. After the first time I instead just dropped down early so I could tackle him on his way back, since even though he sprints fast he can't climb as quick, it's hard for him to get the flag off you after that.

Honestly the mission I hated in Bortherhood was that Leronardo Flying Mission, the controls suck, sometimes the flying machine stalls and doesnt move, and it doesn't tell you how to control it either. Plus theres a glitch in the game where the control doesnt work untl you look it up.

16:16 - Fun fact: The island of Lesbos is where the term lesbian is derived from, because it had a female poet who made poems professing her love for other women.

The guards in the banker mission in ac brotherhood think you are a gaurd that is a way higher rank, so they dont want to be rude or question your choices because gaurds were often executed for being rude to superiors in that time
  • There’s a very annoying mission in Black Flag if you’re going for 100%, because it asks you to perform an air assassination on a ship captain from a rope. You only get ONE chance to get it right, and the closest checkpoint is before a long gauntlet of enemies where you must not be seen. If you fail, you have to do the whole thing all over again! I absolutely hate that mission

The only tailing mission that I ever liked is from Black Flag, tailing the small ship in those small rivers actually were cool. I liked the fact how the voicelines to Edwards commands where whispering, and clearing the checkpoint made it actually an enjoyable mission

I bought all the AC games in a summer Steam bundle, and have been playing through them (beat Brotherhood tonight, actually!) My least favourite missions so far: AC - Any "Rooftop run to talk to find/talk to an informant". Not because of the timers, I haven't had an issue with making it in time in any game so far. AC 2 - I didn't have any missions where I loathed their appearance. Capture the Flag was kind of annoying, but I managed because the Opponent doesn't climb walls so once I had the Flag, I could climb up and win the point. AC:B - 100% Sync on "War Machine". I don't like that I have to play through the whole memory just to retry one segment.

Tip for the banker mission in AC:Bro: don't guide yourself for the voices of the guards, instead use the synchonization notification to know if you are going in the right direccion. Strong/Medium: Best/Right route Weak/Analyzing: Far/Wrong route

In AC Brotherhood , the hardest Mission was Leonardo War Machines tank mission where you can't lose any health while riding the tank and if you do , you will have to restart the whole mission and the problem is when face the othet tanks at the end of mission , you will get cornered and outnumbered. In AC Unity , I couldn't catch all the flags and I was enraged because the time is not enough for me to solely catch the flags which made me quit the mission. In AC Origins , Septimius was basically Kratos in the Assassin's Creed Franchise , he kept swinging his double blades but I was able to beat him by waiting for an opening and attacking him when he finishes swinging (not on new game nightmare tho).

16:21 Actually the word lesbian has been created from the Lesbios island, because that was where the lesbian poetess Sappho lived. So, it's not a coincidence.
  • @AdamCampbell12
The midnight ride mission is hilarious for the memes and how goofy they made this historical event. I actually kinda like it. I played AC3 recently again and it wasn’t even that bad I think it was fixed and improved for the updated versions

For Syndicate's mission, I found that waiting around for a few minutes is the trick. A carriage will eventually leave the courtyard unprompted towards the north side and you can hijack the carriage then. Though, I understand if you don't want to do this, as it requires an insane amount of patience.
  • @noahheider264
For the storm fortress in rogue through some dialog at the start, you can figure out that if you line them up, the storm fortress will start shooting the other man o wars and easily take off half their health in a single volley

Bro the soundtracks in brotherhood and black flag give me goosebumps. Such a good part of my childhood
