The moon plays a very important role in China’s culture and history.It has a goal to reunify with the moon hopefully peacefully or by force if necessary- it is not wise to interfere with China’s internal affairs

If I understand this correctly, China needs to create a space control arm that can ONLY pickup Chinese satellites and nothing else? Does that mean that the US orbiters has control arms that can only grab on to US satellites and no other?
