Remember that depression isn't a sealed cave. It's a tunnel. Keep on going and you will find light at the end.

As someone who continues to battle anxiety, grief, and depression I so hope you are able to find the therapy that works for you so you can continue to be your best self. Whether it is playing chess, building legos, or making videos do what you love so you can focus on you and your health. Keep being amazing Al and hope your family stays safe & healthy!
  • But I also think your wife needs a break after holding it together for everyone. Let her know she is seen by us as well. Very strong woman right there. ❤❤❤❤❤

Hi, Al. I’m a veteran living with PTSD. Just wanted to let you know you—how watching you [help others] makes me feel like you’re doing GOD’s work! You are an amazing person. Living life day-by-day and thanking GOD for his mercy is what keeps me moving forward. GOD Bless you and your beautiful family!

Thank you so much for checking in with us. You know we all love you!🙏🏽🥰

You don’t owe us any explanation. We have just been hoping you & your family are OK. I too suffer from anxiety/depression. I can be fine one day & then the next day I just start crying out of the blue and it is tough to overcome. Stress & how it affects our mind is a hard thing to deal with. You are not alone Al ! Love you guys ❤

For someone who goes through dark times , you shine the light of Christ in your kindness and gentle soul . God Bless you and keep you sir . Please know that prayers are going up for you and your family 🙏🏻

You are the sweetest, most precious man Al. Get better soon, and we miss your yard videos and to hear who you are going to bless next. One thing I noticed is that you do not have much fat on your body. One doctor that examined Bruce Lee, martial artist, said he died from lake of fat and too much exercise. Eat more butter and healthy fats and increase "complex" carbohydrates, as in broccoli, and other cruciferous vegetables. That is what my dietician says.
  • As a veteran dealing with PTSD and clinical depression, I understand. Know that we are behind you and support you whether you are posting videos or not. Please just check in once in a while so we know you’re ok.

It's a brave thing to discuss your anxiety and depression openly. Thank you! I think there is a heaviness in the world right now that is pressing on us. ❤

I had 3 full-blown panic attacks in 1 week, 3 trips to the ER. You are so not alone. I've been taking maintenance medication for quite a few years. I'm glad you feel safe here to share. We sure do appreciate you. Stay safe, share your feelings, and seek therapy if needed. You are a terrific human! ❤ to you and your family
  • Mr. Bladez. You are fantastic and so therapeutic for so many. Please be easy on yourself. We will all watch your channel no matter what and be supportive to you. You are a great person with great intentions. You have done so much for and what a great example for countless people.

I want to thank you for your courage to speak out on your anxiety and depression. So many people suffer silently with it, especially men. I honestly believe that talking about it not only lightens your burden but may also help someone else not feel so alone. Shout out to your wife for having your back!❤
  • @bonniemccord420
You are helping others by talking about it. Thank you. ❤

Oh my goodness! You sound exactly like my 25 yr old daughter! She has been going through extreme anxiety attacks for almost a year and a half. It got worse in December. She got married to a wonderful man. Was feeling somewhat better then had a miscarriage! Absolutely threw her for a loop! She is just now crawling out of that hole. We have been praying and praying for God to raise her up. We’re getting there. I’m going to be praying for you! You always make me smile and I love your spirit! If you need someone to talk to you can talk to this old mommy! I have a good ear! You take care and I’ll be listening out for you!

Hi Al !! You're doing more for the world by doing THIS vlog than you may know. Mental Health is a REAL issue and needs to be brought to the surface of our conversations!! Thank YOU for your bravery and commitment in your life to Pay It Forward. Without people like YOU, we would be a far worse place. In the meantime, do NOT be afraid of seeking help and sharing here for the world to see a brave man face his issues head-on!! Peace Brother!! 😎👍✌

I just want you to know If you ever read this Your videos for a long time now have helped me through the grief of losing both my parents and with my own mental health struggles. You inspired me to sort my garden out and get up off my butt. Showed me there are good and selfless people in this world. Never give up my brother from another mother!

Dear Al, you are the first yard cleaning person that I have watched. I love the fact that you helped people. You are loved and appreciated ❤ In time you will be one hundred percent better. Give yourself some time. Just an old woman from Florida.
