Can they not vote to scrap Howard Webb instead?
  • VAR isn't the problem the problem are those guys working in that VAR room making decision 🤑💰

VAR is like trains, work well in europe but for some reason in the UK its expensive and causes too many delays
  • The problem is not VAR, the problem is corrupt people using it.refrees should go to the screen and see incidents and make decisions not some one in his home making a decision.
  • NO WAY!! Why ask the clubs. Rules have nothing to do with clubs. It's not VAR that's the problem, it's the REFEREES. The officials are awful and needs an overhaul

Refs are inconsistent and always have been. What is a red card or penalty for a team one week, isn't a red card or penalty for another team the next. All VAR has done is magnify their incompetence and made me think the league is corrupt after all.
  • Honestly the game/sport has deteriorated so much in even 10 years. I don’t see myself watching football for much longer. VAR is one of the major reasons. Just isn’t the same.

Fair enough to wolves for coming forward but 14 seems a lot to pass the proposal

Offside should not be a toe or an elbow. 1 foot between opposing players at least!
  • @CodeCritters
It's not VAR it's PGMOL. We want semi automated offsides as well
  • @Mansukh09
get VAR out that decision for a pen in Newcastle vs Man utd was disgraceful and just matches the point that VAR protects the big 6
  • @mav9143
Also when was the last time City had a VAR decision go against them 🤔🤔
  • The problem with VAR will never be corrected because the decisions made outside of offside are based on opinion! Whatever they do to VAR will never change that. As a spectacle I think it’s destroying the game, goal celebration in particular is wiped out while VAR takes minutes checking every eventuality. Get rid of it and just keep goal line technology, which has nothing to do with VAR anyway.

the thing i dislike the most is offsides. if you score and your knee is offside then it should still be given as a goal. it’s like we’ve forgotten why the offside rule was introduced in the first place. give the advantage to the attackers to create a more entertaining game. if the players whole body is clearly offside then rule the goal out.
