Food Theory: We MUST Stop Omega Mart's Secret invasion!

Seeing MatPat in Omega Mart is like seeing a three year old in Disneyland

How many times do you think MatPat got stopped in Omega Mart by people? I can just imagine them seeing him like, "Wait a second, is that....no...it can't be..MatPat?? And Stephanie????"

I am an omega mart employee. To be more specific I graduated to a factory employee. I can say additive s is perfectly safe. Perhaps you may want to try the source door again though. It will help you see that additive S is fine and in no way harmful

When I went to the omega mart in Vegas, one of the employees basically was “training” me and then when I made a mistake he told me “you’re fired” and all I could say back was, “can I get my paycheck?”. It was a fever trip and the best experience I’ve ever had

I love that Grubhub ended up sponsoring Food Theory. The April Fools video brought so much marketing to their brand, it's great that they're willing to actually reach out and support the channel.

I think the employees in Omega Mart are so friendly. I was stuck on a quest with the Boop Card and an employee helped me by giving me tons of clues and I eventually found it.

Theory: If Meow Wolfs makes an expansion, then they might upgrade the store too. maybe like a toy section or an electronics section. Maybe the store upgrade can have a separate portal to a new area.

As someone who works at Omega Mart, there was technically 2 other OMs before (testers) that started it all. There will be more Meow Wolf locations that connect together. There will be more within the next 2 years that hasn’t been built yet at OM. So glad you got to come by Matt Patt! You pretty much got it!

For matpat's information: there actually (as far as I know) are more omegamarts in this storyline. There is one in Denver which is located inside of a pre-existing attraction. It is a small area that fits two to three people at a time, but it does have lots of omegamart products and resembles on a basic level, the omegamart at area 15

Imagine if the area behind the source door is already there, and the “password” people use to open the door is actually just an input to get the output of the video and not actually open the door.

Speaking of new locations, Meow Wolf is advertising that they're adding 2 new locations in Texas. One in Grapevine in the DFW area next year, and another in Houston the year after. Makes me wonder how they'll add to the overall story once they're finished, can't wait to check them out once they're open.

One flaw in your stuff there, MatPat: Hamsters are actually originally desert species, and often do well with things like dust baths and longer rather than taller cages!

I love OmegaMart! And your theory about there being space behind the source door is actually spot on. I’ve spent 16+ hours at the exhibit, and found the other hidden codes to use on the source door. After finding one of them, the OmegaMart employee actually told me that the door can open, but no one has found the secret code to do so yet. Once it’s found, then the exhibit will be expanded

My brain is literally about to explode!! While watching The Carpetbagger videos about Meow Wolf and Omega Mart I simply thought it was a fun and strange place to visit. I never thought it could contain so much fun and exciting lore!! This is absolutely amazing and I'm so glad something like this exist. Sadly, at my age, I don't have any friends that would be as excited as me and would want to spend 8 hours in Omega Mart to discover all the lore with me (Never lose your inner child). I'm depending on you MatPat, Steph and his amazing team (How did you find so many people with the same interest and passion as you Mat? Lol) to bring this Meow Wolf/Omega Mart lore together for me!!! Thank you for all you guys do!! Can't wait for the next video!! Also, before I go, I'm surprised you haven't thought anything about the use of the Omega symbol/word in Omega Mart. That could be a missing piece to something. Ok, bye!!!
