I can’t get over how this song makes me feel. A pure New York masterpiece.
-
This beat is one of the greatest ever
-
That snare with the reverb slaps hard! Q-Tip signature sound!
-
I’m 35 weeks pregnant and ever since week 18 my baby boy always reacts to this song 😂😎

Just think about how all these dudes were producing and backing each other up all the time, and they were all from the same area. Q Tip Nas Mobb Deep Large Professor These dudes literally defined their sound, but they still were each so unique. I wish more people really talked about this. My favorite region and time period for hip hop is Early-Mid 90s in Queens. These dudes did something incredible.

This beat got that winter vibe special feeling 🙌
-
A classic. Little do some know...Q-Tip produced this beat

God I love this beat. The song even more. Brings back some good memories of me riding around in my car at night in Philly. Always hearing people my age and older yellin, "yeahhh that's that shit right there!"
-
I miss the 90s so so much, it actually is painful for me to reminisce now because those days were so much better than now 💔
-
Hip Hop Boom Bap Beats were so much doper in the 90s
-
One of the smoothest hip-hop beats ever created, hands down.
-
This song feels like it clears out your ears, and all a sudden, you're given a breath of fresh air.
-
Why does this beat make me remind of things I've never lived
-
This song wouldn’t exist without Easy Mo Bee. LL’s Pink Cookies (Remix) coming 1st😎

R.I.P to Prodigy. Your music will live forever brother. I would love to hear a follow up or remix to this like a "Give Up The Goods part II" feat Havoc & Buckshot (of Black Moon). A Havoc-Buckshot album would be on point. I can hear Buckshot killing this beat.I also wished that Mobb Deep & Tha Dogg Pound (Daz & Kurupt) could have done an album together before Prodigy passed away. Havoc & Daz both doing the production for that album would have been epic. I still feel Havoc & Daz can still do business together.

The instrumental alone is all I need.

Whenever I listen to this song, especially the beat, I shed a tear. It makes me think about today's society, how time flies and you have wasted time on bullsh-ts, those who are no longer with us in this world like P and illuminate us. Its a song bout the streets and survival and although I have not lived it, it makes me think that it is worth continuing to fight for happiness and give everything for the real ones. RIP P, blessings to Havoc and thx Q-Tip for giving a beat that hits the heart. i don't know who i would be without hip hop... 🙏🏼

People trip when I say Q-Tip is my favourite producer of all time but then I play this.
-
Damn Those 95 vibes

It’s amazing how real hip-hop goes full circle but always evolving at the same time
