Can You Get Every Discord Badge?

People fiend over the smallest things and Discord badges are one of them. The small little photo that pops up next to your Discord profile shows a lot about how you use and engage with Discord. The unfortunate part about this is that people see these little icons as a symbol of royalty or something to ogle over. Regardless of what you think of them, I'm going to explain every discord badge and let you know which ones are common, and which ones are the rarest!

Then of course I'm going to complain about the badge system. ;)

Moral of the story: Don't try to get any of the super rare badges unless you want people to track you down, steal your account, and resell the account for money. I've had that happen to me multiple times when I still had the ES and EVD badges.

Having a Discord Moderator badge is the same as having a piece of paper saying “KICK ME” on your back
  • @RadioDJam
As a person who has the early supporter badge. I can confirm one of the perks is scammers constantly trying to hack you.
  • @superfalcon
imagine being a discord employee and having all of those badges
  • @Benzene.
No way that early supporter badge is more rarer than discord partnered owner badge
  • Fun story: I used to have the golden bug Hunter and early nitro sub badges on my old account, then that led to several people targeting and beaming my account for resale
  • @medioqr
    rarest badge: having a father

Every so often, I get DMs from people I've never met asking to buy my account for a ton of money all because of my early supporter badge. They always start out really formal about it but quickly go goblin mode after I decline. I always look forward to my next encounter with these people.

I just wanna point something out about the Bug Hunter badge. I feel like another reason so few people have it is because even if you did send in a bunch of bugs that you could reproduce, and you did send enough to get the badge, sometimes they just dont give it to you. I literally sent in so many bugs on iOS Discord in 2018-2019 but I never got the badge, so I just left cause the badge is quite literally a lie. The closest thing Discord ever did to acknowledge my bugs I sent in was I had an issue on iOS where changing channels crashed the app 90%~ of the time, and it had nothing to do with whats in the channel (I tested on 2 iPhones and one iPad on the same iOS version, and it kept crashing. And also tested with channels with videos/images, spam text or no content at all) and like legit 5 min after I send in my proof of this crash it got fixed as a new update. Thats the closest thing to ever happen, but I never recieved my badge after countless bug reports on iOS. Quite silly :)

I had no idea the early supporter badge was so rare. I know dozens of people who have it. Including me. I thought its the most common badge after active nitro

Man, I was so pissed when I got moved from Hypesquad events to just a house. I had the badge for maybe 2 months before being knocked down to this and it feels extremely unfair. That application does take some time to do, and you have to actually put thought into what you write.
  • @doursen
Badges are pretty cool, I wish there was some way to get easier and different badges, or just not have these Lord of the Rings type quests and lengths to go to get a little badge.
  • @xannyofficial
Cool video, actually got the Early Supporter Badge since I joined 2016. Almost got a HypeSquad one too :( All in one I miss some thing about the early Discord Times, it seemed like they were connected closer to the community, but I guess that just comes with this immense growth Discord has behind it.
  • Hypesquad balance has significantly more variations, as the house has won every single digital event ran by discord since the start of the program. from rigt to left, there's variations for the king of the hat game release & competition in 2019, the discord snowsgiving event in 2018 & the 2019 discord pride event.

Discord badges defined an era that how much ratio'd a person is. Anyway, Merry Christmas NTTS, and I love you too!

this guy just has some amazing humor
  • Wow I had no idea the early supporter badge was that rare. I've been on discord since 2015 so I knew I was an OG, but I waited until late 2017 to get nitro and just kinda assumed that a lot of other people had done the same before me.
  • Early Verified Developer Badge really is a bad decision. Those around me who got it had absolutely nothing to do with development and they still managed to get it because they own some small/average servers. They should've made a forum for devs and they could obtain the badge there, not on discord profile. Hypesquad on another hand was such a cool idea. It was at first a supposed secret server where only a few people were in and the badge actually was a cool flex. After it got popular though, they randomly decided to remove it from everyone and then give it to all users... Which is a bad idea. Only the event people got to keep it I believe. It's really dumb how they removed it. Makes me wonder why they kept Early Developer Badge now.
  • The coolest badge I have is the fact that I have my Skype still linked to my profile despite it being removed like idk how many years ago
  • @SwitchyWitch_
I actually knew a person who had the discord staff badge, we didn't interact much only on occasions when they commented on my charts (rhythm game stuff)
