Boss Troll is scary if he decides to crit, causing more delays and level grinding. But I find the trick to deal with him is let him use the defense spell since its better than two hits on me. Also since I can dispel sap with equipment changes!

For Baramos, the blade armor is actually quite handy for outpacing the boss's health generation. You do need to make sure you have healall though.
